Ha! Eating and less, rather oxy-moronic, at least to me...one always eats MORE..well, if you are like me and counting your sugar level like your 401K these days,you need to learn to eat less....IT's ALL about LOAD, sugar load :)
Consuming food is good, consuming little food at regular intervals is better, this way your sugar load is consistent over a period of time and that way the spike in controlling your blood glucose wont be steep!
So let's look at somethings that one should do:
As a rule try and eliminate refined sugar, if that is not possible,substitute with brown sugar
Try and limit the amount of rice that you consume
Eat more fruits and vegetables every day
Soda? Not for you, da!
Portion control is the KEY!
